Please note that by submitting entry to this program you are giving Advance Auto Parts permission to use your uploaded files for any and all video, film reproduction, and still photography including but not limited to broadcast, internet and mobile device/tablet/new media throughout the world in perpetuity.

You also agree that your participation this program may be edited at the discretion of Advance Auto Parts. You expressly release Advance Auto Parts and its licensees from and against any claims that you have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation, or any other cause of action arising out of production, distribution, broadcast, or exhibition of this program.
